Tunstall Tortillas

Tunstall Tortillas is a photobook by Stoke-on-Trent born award-winning photographer David Fletcher. It celebrates the unique phenomenon of Staffordshire Oatcake shops in and around Stoke-on-Trent, including the owners, customers and of course the oatcakes and their multifarious fillings. The title comes from Ode to the Oatcake by Arthur Berry - artist, poet and playwright from Stoke-on-Trent.
